Thank you for considering to stay at our guesthouse. In order to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all of our guests, we have implemented a policy regarding animals and children.

Please note that we do not allow any animals on our premises. This includes pets, service animals, and emotional support animals. We understand that your furry friends may be important to you (as they are to us), but we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for their care during your stay.

Additionally, we do not allow children under the age of 14 years old to stay at our guesthouse. While we appreciate and value families, we have implemented this policy to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for our guests.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all of our guests.

Payment

The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in. 
The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please note the following:

• If a reservation is cancelled after it has been confirmed, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount (100%).

• In the event of a cancellation, any applicable credit card or bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
